Sleep and Insomnia Support Course
This is a free four-week GP-led course.
It is provided by your GP surgery we offer friendly online video consultations for groups of 6 adult patients. Just like any GP consultation we prioritise respect and confidentiality.
How are you sleeping?
Sleep is really important but unfortunately modern life doesn’t make it easy. About 1/4 of us struggle to sleep (insomnia) and 1/2 of us are sleeping poorly without realising! This profoundly affects our physical and mental health.
Changing sleep habits can be tricky but the good news is most people can improve their sleep with a little help.
Who: For adults who want to learn how to sleep better and can join a video call.
When: Online meetings on Thursdays between 6:30pm-8pm.
How: We teach you simple sleep skills that you can personalise to suit you.
The course is run by Dr Bhatia, who is an NHS GP, Bristol Medical School Tutor, and the founder of Humble – an organisation that helps bring out our best
