All Patients who are registered at the practice have now been allocated a named accountable GP.
The named accountable GP's role is largely to oversee requirements that are being introduced to reassure patients that they have one GP within the practice who is responsible for ensuring that this work is carried out on their behalf.
Patients are welcome to make appointments with other GPs or nurses in the practice.
When you contact the practice please ask a member of staff who your named accountable GP is so we can fulfil the criteria set out by NHS England. We have informed many patients in person. Your named GP is also printed on your repeat medication slips.
If you want to change your named accountable GP please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
